It all started with our ‘why’. The following principles guide everything we do:

We wanted to create an opportunity to allow for like-minded investors to leverage their collective networks and invest in the start-up ecosystem. Ethos currently does not charge a management fee, nor does it take a carry, and all income – net of out of pocket costs – is distributed to our LP’s on a pro-rata basis.

Our intent was to find incredible founders who had businesses that could be scaled. We made bets by participating in both the friends and family and early seed stage rounds.
